Doug’s approach to design always starts with a classical perspective of balance, symmetry, color, texture and most importantly, comfort. When beginning a project, there are 3 important factors that inform his decision making, listening to his clients needs and desires, listening to what the architecture suggests and in the end, listening to his own gut.
